Mr Green
The Issue
On September 11, 2021, Mr Green reached out with an IRS debt of $734,687. There was a need to work with a Tax Resolution Specialist as the deadline was October 15, 2021.
Our Solution
By October 3, 2021, our Tax Resolution Specialist had gone through all of the documents and a thorough assessment revealed his taxes from 2019-2020 and a default 2013 payment that he was unaware of. The assessment further showed that from 2012-2020, Mr Green purchased 11 homes, 2 yachts and 1 factory and none of the purchases were deducted on his tax return. Before the deadline, we were able to amend his 3 tax returns and get the overall returns to $98,254.32.

Mr. Erskine

The Issue
In 2016, Mr Erskine had incurred an IRS debt of $49,300 on a club he owned in Alabama.
Our Solution
After reviewing his tax documents, our finding revealed that he did not apply his liability insurance, overhead expenses and did not properly file his employee tax. After amending his tax returns, he owed $0.00

The Problem
In 2015, Mr and Mrs Moss reached out to us to resolve a liquidating matter regarding their restaurant
Our Solution
To solve the problem, they were taken through the necessary steps in liquidating all their assets, paying off all their expenses and still being able to get them capital gain on their restaurant after providing them with revised and corrected financial statements. At the end of the process, the restaurant had a capital gain of over $200,000.
